His bright green eyes seemed familiar but he couldn't place from where, and he didn't have the chance to think on it. The boy sprang into action before he could say anything. The book in his hand was set on the table and the blanket was shoved off his shoulders. The boy gave a low bow in Voldemort's general direction and quickly walked out of the library.
The Dark Lord stood shocked for awhile but the door clicking shut brought him back to the present. He shook his head and moved to the chair the boy had previously sat in. The blanket laid there, abandoned by it's owned, and the stack of books started to float back to their respectable spots along the shelves. Voldemort picked up the blanket and look on the corners for any sign of identification. When he finally found something he was shocked to notice it was the Malfoy Family Crest.
I know I've been dead, but with the breakin of my computer, I'm once again back to what I was when I started writing on LJ, a person who is now cut off from WoW. I started playing again several months ago and it became as obsessive as it always is and I stopped posting daily.
This is a story I just started working on to pass the time in my math class, and I will be adding pieces and ideas along the way as well as posts and possibly the story I've been working on for at least two years now, "Wooden Toys" which is a nutcracker story.

As I've posted in a seperate post, my college singing class is doing the choral piece called "Sleep" by Eric Whitacre. It's an absolutely BEAUTIFUL song and I'm so happy to sing it.
Well, California Lutheran College was lucky enough to have Eric Whitacre come and do some classes and perform a concert at night on April 24.
My singing teacher, Elizabeth Helms, was able to get us a chance to work with Eric Whitacre on our piece, along with 3 high school choral groups [Simi Valley, Thousand Oaks, and Newbury Park].
It was so freaking awesome. We went first and I remember being so nervous, I couldnt breathe right and was so stiff on stage >.>
Immediately after we sang Eric came up and told us to wiggle our arms and just relax. He cracked a few jokes and then went on to help us make the peice sound amazing.
I never expected him to be so... well Hot. He's not even 40 and looks amazing. He was really nice and just an over-all awesome person to know.
I can't accuratly describe how passionate he is about his music. The last choir to go up was Newbury Park I believe and they sang "Leonardo Dreams of His Flying Machine" and my breath caught at the brilliance of the peice. The disonance between certain parts singing and the harmonies were so amazing.
www.4shared.com/file/101763571/db94b1ab/L
Because we were low on time, we didn't get to hear the choir sing the whole song and Eric just jumped right in to help them improve themselves. At one point the song slows down and the Tenors begin to make sounds like wind and Eric told them to start slow and when the other parts come in and crescendo at the same time like a big bang.
Eric stood and when the time came, he drew himself in like a pitcher and did one of the dragon-ball Z move things. I laugh now, but it was amazing to see them[the choir] follow his directions so well.
I didn't stay for the concert later that night, but I'm sure it was amazing.
Anyway, at the beginning of the semester the teacher asked it anyone in Soprano wished to help out Alto's because of a lack of people. My Best Friend is in Alto so I moved down... I didn't know I would regret that decision so easily.
I got sick soon after and to this day I can't sing for long without having to cough because of a tickle or because I get a "frog in my throat" [AKA A bunch of mucus] .
So after weeks of working, I finally am getting the piece and I really love how my First Alto part sounds. Course, everything the Soprano's open their mouths, I lose my notes and I start to mutter and mumble which kinda ticks at my Professor =P
I've been going back over my old lesson songs from my singing coach and I came across a song/poem by William S Gilbert. It's called The Ape and the Lady, and it's absolutely hilarious! [I couldn't find a YouTube video, but here's the poem link - www.poemhunter.com/poem/the-ape-and-the-l
Anyway, I just realized today that I've been clean from WoW for 4 months now. Just in case you don't know what WoW is, it's a MMORPG : World of Warcraft. I'm so proud of myself, resisting for so long. It's getting to me though, one of my old WoW friends quit around the same time as me and we've been dying to play again. He might get desperate enough to reactive his account... If anything, I'd do a 10-day free trial just to get the desire out of my system. I do miss my lvl 80 troll Priest. Ghostlands, Febuka <3 My pride and joy, I miss you D=

It's so shocking about how we can mis-judge someone just because of how they look. She was an older women who looked as if she should be knitting sweaters or making cookies, and yet she stepped onto that stage and proceeded to whip the grins from our faces.
I can only wish I had ITV to watch this program and support Susan as she proceeds in the show.

I'm not an avid anime fan, but I do enjoy watching them. I believe my first real "anime" I ever saw, was .hack//sign followed by Inuyasha. I never saw every episode of those anime but I will never forget them.
Lately, I've been watching various anime from the site AnimeSeason.com. There are tons of different anime and new ones are constantly being added.
Today, I started watching Kuroshitsuji - an anime about a boy and his butler. Course, it wouldn't be interesting if the butler wasn't a demon and the boy holds a contract with said demon.
Half way into the first ep, I had to pause and look everywhere to see if the anime was Yaoi/Slash. I couldn't find any answer, but I hope to god it is. They just look so cute together! if you do watch it, you'll see what I mean when you get a little further into the anime =P
Late last night, Dark Cyan Star updated Goddess of Imaginary Light, and I must say the new chapter certainly brought back my interest in the story. For some reason I lost interest wen chapter 2 came out, but I don't know if it was because of the limited Harry[Altair]/Tom interaction or maybe I just had my mind elsewhere.. Anyway, Chapter 3 immediately reminded me while I love DCS's stories so very much. The amazing portrayal of Tom just blows me away every time. I can't help but blush half the time I read about him [I ended up re-reading GoIL about 3 more times after the first one >.>]. I can't wait for the next update!!

I'm currently in my second semester of College at VC. My Major is Psychology and I absolutely love it. I'm thinking of minoring in Theater or Music, but I'm not that into it that I want to take some of the required courses. I'm absolutely obsessed with mental illnesses like MPD/DID and OCD. I also think that helping children who have come from abusive families is something I'd love to do.
Something I do for pure fun is Singing. I'm rather good at it, if I do say so myself. I'm somewhere between a mezzo soprano and a dramatic soprano [or so my singing instructor says] and still working on it. I love musical theater and ave been in some plays myself. Nothing professional, mostly just local stuff. Some of the parts I've done with the PTYA[my performance group] are:
The Queen in Cinderella
Mary Poppins - various scenes from Mary Poppins
Edith in Pirates of Penzance
Chorus in Oklahoma
Fantine in Les Miserables
Mary Poppins was probably the one role I loved the best. I had a lot of fun with everyone in the group. Coolest thing, The newest British version on Mary Poppins is finally going to be in California. LA in November <3 I can't wait!!
The worst role, in my opinion, was Fantine[Les Miserables]. I loved the part, don't get my wrong, but getting the play to work was hell. Alot of the other people in the play were kids and teenagers who didn't take it seriously. In the end, we did good, but not polished like most of the other plays I've been in/seen. I spent a lot of time helping backstage when I wasn't on stage; moving sets and making sure everyone was on stage and had all their props.
One incident really put me off acting with that specific group for awhile. Les Miserables has a lot of harmony that needs A LOT of work to really make it sound beautiful. One of the people in the group[George and I can't remember his last name for anything] had a older brother who plays Piano and said he'd help us prepare for the shows and all that jazz. His brother was.. cute as hell. Hot as hell is probably more true. He was really funny and and just seemed to relaxed. The fact he was Greek and had a motorcycle wasn't half bad either. Anyway, their mother helped a lot backstage and I really had fun talking and working with her. I personally think I have a liking to piano plays, they just seem so sexy, hehe. {The sad thing was I eventually found out the brother had a girlfriend and there was no possibly chance at at that position...}
Toward the end of the play and nearing the last performance I managed to talk to George's girlfriend[who I rarely get to talk to these days, but is really awesome <3] to ask if they liked nuts and which kind, so I could get them a present for being so helpful. I gave the gifts to their mother, because I was way to embarrassed to attempt to give George's brother[and George himself, not to mention the younger brother who helped out a bit] the gifts. The last performance rolled by and I was just shocked that I didn't get any kind of thank you or even acknowledged that I'd even given George or his brothers a gift. I mean, I didn't do it for the attention, but it would have been nice. I just felt so very betrayed for some reason and it really just ended the play in a bad way. I had a ton of other problems with the other kids and all, but that just really took the cake as one of the worst gift giving experience in my life. If I had the courage, I'd ask why George never said anything, but I'm anything but ^^;
ANYWAY, other than singing and acting, I love to read. Books, textbooks [well written], and fanfiction are all great way. I also have a VERY active imagination and I have so many ideas for fanfictions. I don't do very well at the taking the time to write them down though. I tend to have writing splurges where I just have an idea burst into my head and it has to be written down right then and there. In high school, I had more free time during classes to take the time and write out a scene. In college, I'd much rather listen to the professors... not to mention the fact the desks are really freaking small and it's hard to really dig into a story when your uncomfortable!
I'm currently working on the Wheel of Time series and I'm not going as fast as I'd like. I'm on book 8 and number 12[of 14] is coming on in November and a friend of mine wants to read the book at the same time... he's a better reader than me though ^^; plus he's read the series over 3 times!
I think I've written enough about me for today, I'm starting to run out of topics... Maybe I'll talk about gaming next time.

One of the most unique perspectives on Elemental Powers I have read, and it's just plain fascinating to read. The personification of Magic in this story is so beautiful; I couldn't help but be saddened when other plot points had to take precedence. The story does feature Harry in Hufflepuff, but he certainly doesn't ACT Hufflepuff, which is sad because I've never read a true Harry!Hufflepuff story.
The First part of the story is over and she's starting on the second section now.
She also has another story which is a Harry/Salazar story. I don't normally read Time-travel stories because it's cliche'd and most don't grab my attention enough for me to keep reading. In Trillium story [Founder's Keeper], it's all very hazy how he got there, but the main conflict [that I've noticed so far] is the fact that Harry's magic has been bound by Dumbledore. There is no more "evil dark lords" or problems with muggles; It's purely Harry and Salazar. It's written in First Person PoV, from Harry's view. It really does him justice in my honest opinion, and the interaction between Harry and Salazar is just a joy to read. This is a Male/Male[Slash] story so if you don't like to read this, I warn you now. otherwise, please go and read it.

Yes, a recycle bin! It's a yahoo group that has old stories that have been taken down from the net. You know, the ones that people decided didn't match their new writing style, or stories that they rewrote as new original stories.
I found Serendipity and it's sequel. I stayed up for 3 more hours just reading the chapters. Oh god, it's beautiful. Has tons of files, tons of beautiful files <3
I'm about 48 chapters into Serendipity now, and closing in on the end. Then I have about 8 chapters of the sequel till I start looking into other stories. I will pray to the gods that Can't Break The Silence by Dark Cyan Star gets updated soon; I'm slowly losing my mind!!
Really wish people would write more Salazar/Harry stories. So rare and yet so sinful.

Course at the time I didn't even remember the stories name so I was going blind by remembering bits and pieces of the summary. Searched for hours till my eyes bled, "Tom Riddle" "Tom Riddle appears at" "Tom Riddle Hogwarts" "Riddle Hogwarts" "Riddle appears" "Abused!Harry" [Which brought up some interesting results >.>] and god only knows what else I searched for. I eventually did the proper thing a normal person striving for sanity does, I begged for help from a Forum. FanFiction.net's forums are very odd I concluded...
So about 2 hours ago, My head was pounding and I decided to go and lay down. Hour later, my brother walks in and goes, "Oh watch this funny video, haha" [It was hilarious so I don't blame him. ] I can't go to sleep like a normal person so I decide I might as well check my mail and [pray to god the story has been updated [it wasn't, I'm going to kill someone soon] and then try to find stories for me to read tomorrow. I'm looking through some Dark!Harry community and read the word "Serendipity" and screamed. "THAT'S IT!!" I rushed to the nearest search engine and found a link to the site that showed tons of Tom stuff. I scrolled down and found the sequel! Opening the link, I was bombarded with "this story number is no longer valid [or something]" and my hopes where dashed.
I did the next smartest thing and found the author and looked at all their past entries. I couldn't find a hit of actual story so I searched far and wide and came up with no results. I can only guess it was taken on the net for some reason and I'm left with the feeling in my heart that I will never read the brilliant Tom Riddle/Harry Potter fanfiction I have been yearning to read.
In better news, I suddenly have the urge to write. Maybe I'll finish "Wooden Toys" and post it sometime soon.

I was watching TV one day and noticed a small Movie marathon going on. I grabbed some Popcorn and popped a squat in front of the tube. A few moments later. I was running to grab some paper for my thoughts.
I don't know if it's just me or if everyone tends to do this. On really serious stories I can't help but laugh and make fun of them the second time I watch them. I do tend to get some serious thoughts and I wrote some of those down too.
Here are some of my thoughts [and ideas] for things to write. You can even consider them challenges to write, draw, or even sing.
